Recently, Huang Shoufeng, School of Economics associate professor of public finance publishes as the sole author the paper titled Integrity, Public Investment and Infrastructure Quality: Macro Performances and Micro Evidences on the latest issue of the Economic Research Journal. This paper constructs a theoretical model to analyze how integrity and public investment influence on the infrastructure quality, and then it uses provincial related data and China enterprise survey data to show the macro performances and micro evidences that how integrity and public investment impact on infrastructure quality respectively.
Professor of international economics and trade Peng Shuijun, the coauthor with Zhang Wencheng and Wei Rui publishes the National Carbon Emission Responsibility on the Economic Research Journal, 3 rd Issue, 2016. The paper firstly reviews briefly various carbon accounting approaches based on single and sharing responsibility principles. Secondly, based on multi- region input-output model and world input-output database, it assesses and compares the carbon responsibilities of major economies based on various accounting approaches. It also discusses the crucial problems which need to be solved to facilitate application of various responsibility sharing accounting approaches.
In recent years, associate professor Huang is devoted to the research in the fields of Macroeconomics, Applied Econometrics and Public Economics and has consecutively published on the Statistical Research, Journal of Management Sciences in China and Finance & Trade Economics and other domestic mainstream economics journals.
Professor Peng’s research interest focuses on theory and policy of international trade, international trade and climate change, energy and economic development policy, global environment and climate control. National Carbon Emission Responsibility is the fourth article published on the Economic Research Journal. Apart from this, he has also published several on the Social Sciences in China, The Journal of World Economy, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Ecological Economics, China Economic Review and other domestic and international mainstream economics journals.
